DELIVERY & RETURNS
We usually prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Once your parcel has been shipped, UK deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 working days. International shipping can take up to 10 working days depending on the destination.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout – including name, address, email, and phone number – is accurate and complete.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. In these cases, refunds may not be possible, and any reshipping or correction costs will be the responsibility of the customer
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for UK customers. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
For international orders, return requests must be made within 21 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
We use a selection of trusted couriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, and InPost, to ensure your order is delivered safely and as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. In the event of any delivery issues, we kindly ask that you first contact the relevant courier directly, as you are the recipient of the parcel. Colours may appear slightly different in person compared to how they appear online due to lighting conditions, screen brightness, photography settings, and device displays.
We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible by photographing items in different lighting environments, though slight variations may still occur.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees once the parcel reaches the destination country.
These charges vary depending on local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbours or any safe places around your property, as couriers may occasionally leave parcels there or update tracking slightly early.
