How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, choose your item, and checkout securely on our website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us ASAP after ordering.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across the UK and internationally.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days. International delivery times vary depending on location. While we aim for timely delivery, delays caused by couriers or customs are outside of our control.
I have not received my order
If your order hasn’t arrived, please check with your neighbours and any safe locations around your property. If you still have not received your parcel please email us at hello@vayra.uk
How should I care for my hijab?
We recommend handwashing and air drying to maintain fabric quality and shape.
What makes your hijabs different?
Our hijabs are made from soft, breathable cotton jersey fabric designed for comfort, movement, and all-day wear.
Do the hijabs come with an undercap?
Yes, each hijab set includes a undercap for a secure and comfortable fit. Some hijabs do not come with the same matching colours please double check the pictures.

What makes your hijabs different in size?
Our hijabs feature a smaller triangle design instead of the traditional long rectangle shape. This makes them lightweight, easy to style, and ideal for quick, comfortable wear. They are designed to be short , they are not made like normal hijab lengths.
